We offer local delivery within Sydney under the following conditions:

โœ” Free Local Delivery

  • Within 15km: Free delivery on orders $65 or over

  • Over 15km: Free delivery on orders $90 or over

  • Delivery time must be pre-arranged with our customer service team

  • Same-day delivery is not guaranteed unless confirmed

If your order does not meet the free delivery threshold, delivery fees may apply (weโ€™ll contact you before processing).

We ship orders using Standard Australia Post (AusPost).

โœ” Free Shipping Conditions

We offer free shipping only when all the following conditions are metย :

  • Sydney Area:
    Order subtotal is $120 or more

  • Australia Wide:
    Order subtotal is $200 or more

  • Shipping method: Standard AusPost only

Orders below these thresholds will incur standard Australia Post shipping fees, calculated at checkout.

  • Handmade treats and custom items may require additional preparation time

  • Orders are dispatched as soon as possible once ready

  • Delivery times provided by AusPost are estimates only

Treble D is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors.

  • Any order containing items marked โ€œPick Up Onlyโ€ cannot be shipped

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before checkout

  • We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched

Handmade pet treats and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable,
unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
